Join Our Team as a Service Administrator!
Do you love bringing order to busy environments, keeping things organised, and being the friendly face behind a service that helps people live healthier lives?
As an Administrator, you'll be at the heart of Leeds Stop Smoking Service, helping residents across Leeds access the support they need to quit smoking.
As the first point of contact for the service, you'll provide a warm welcome to clients, health professionals and partners, managing enquiries, processing referrals and helping to ensure people are connected with the right support at the right time. You'll also play an important part in maintaining accurate records, supporting reporting and data collection, and keeping the service running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role is perfect for someone organised, proactive, and who enjoys being at the heart of a service and keeping everything moving forward.
We understand that when people feel supported and valued, they can achieve great things - and we want you to be part of that.
We embrace diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive, anti-racist environment where everyone can thrive by being their true self. Join us in driving this important agenda forward and help shape a workplace where all voices are valued!
If you're ready to use your skills to help others succeed, we'd love to hear from you.
For an informal chat about the role please contact Refia Yazar, Service Manager via Refia.Yazar@inspirenorth.co.uk or 07792802571.
