As part of the CSU Central Team, you will work closely with the General Manager and colleagues across the Trust, giving you the opportunity to build strong working relationships and gain experience of a broad range of corporate and operational activities. The role is varied, with the opportunity to work independently while being an integral part of the wider team.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, takes pride in providing a high-quality service and is comfortable managing different priorities. You will join a team that values collaboration, professionalism, flexibility and personal development, where you will be trusted to use your initiative and play an important role in supporting the effective running of the CSU.

  • Strong diary management skills and the ability to coordinate busy schedules.
  • Confidence in dealing professionally with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • The ability to work independently, use initiative and exercise judgement when dealing with enquiries.
  • A professional, flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Integrity and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
