Licensed sponsors hiring now

Employers on the Home Office register with live UK adverts. A licence means the employer can sponsor; it does not mean every role is open to sponsorship.

Pay matters for a Skilled Worker visa

A Skilled Worker visa usually needs the job to pay at least £41,700 a year, or the occupation's going rate if that is higher. Some applicants, such as new entrants, can be paid less. Many jobs at licensed sponsors, for example most hospitality and retail roles, do not meet these rules.

Check the rules on gov.uk before you apply, and ask the employer whether the role can be sponsored.
