Sit at the center of factory execution: schedules, constraints and bottlenecks across machines, people and materials.

Machines do not lose time. Handoffs do. This role sits at the center of factory execution, planning and coordinating production logistics across machines, people and materials so the site hits quality and on-time delivery. You synchronize schedules, manage constraints, remove bottlenecks and keep the shop floor running at the rate it is capable of.

What you'll own

The daily and weekly production schedule across CNC machines and teams, and the coordination of labor, materials, tooling and inspection capacity behind it. You will work closely with machinists, CAM programmers and quality engineers to keep job flow smooth, and monitor throughput, machine utilization, on-time delivery and work in progress - identifying bottlenecks through time studies and workflow analysis rather than instinct. When production conflicts arise you escalate and resolve them quickly. MasonOS data accuracy for scheduling and job tracking is yours: the rest of the business plans against what it says. You will also support new part introduction and ramp-up planning, and drive improvement in factory layout, sequencing and logistics. Depending on the site, you may help launch and stabilize operations, set production standards and KPIs, and lead the local operations team.

What you'll bring

Experience in manufacturing operations, production planning or factory coordination, and a strong understanding of CNC machining environments. You need to think in systems - capacity, constraints, sequencing, throughput - and be comfortable on the shop floor rather than reporting on it from elsewhere. Useful but not essential: ERP or MRP systems, Lean Manufacturing or Theory of Constraints, and exposure to aerospace or defense production. The role is factory-based in London or Dallas.
