In their own words

About the company & team

Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys leading remote teams? This opportunity is ideal for an experienced people leader from a vehicle repair background, confident in managing performance, developing others and driving high standards across a dispersed workforce. You'll start in a hybrid role, balancing roadside patrol duties with Team Leader responsibilities (50/50), with scope for this to evolve over time.

We're now part of Aviva, so joining us as an Aviva colleague means you'll be backed by the strength and support of the UK's leading diversified insurer while enjoying one of the most attractive work-life balance offerings in the industry.

With a four-day working week, no night shifts and the ability to start and finish your day from home, you'll have more time for the things that matter outside of work.
