The role

As a Front of House representative, the Commis / Barista / Barback is responsible for delivering a five-star luxury lifestyle guest service experience. This role supports Food & Beverage operations by maintaining service standards, preparing beverages, ensuring cleanliness, and working collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams to enhance guest satisfaction and achieve service excellence.

What you'll do

Deliver exceptional guest service by welcoming guests warmly and responding promptly to their needs.
Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other Food & Beverage offerings to established quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of work areas, equipment, china, glassware, and silverware throughout service periods.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and Food & Beverage teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Set up, stock, and replenish service stations in accordance with operational standards.
Follow company safety, security, and quality assurance procedures at all times.
Resolve guest concerns professionally and build positive guest relationships.
Complete opening and closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, and securing work areas.
