Please complete the online application form via the recruitment portal.
Please note that applications will only be accepted if submitted through the online recruitment portal. We are unable to accept applications, CVs or supporting statements submitted by email or any other method.
When completing your application, please ensure your supporting statement clearly demonstrates how you meet each of the criteria outlined in the About You section.
If you have any queries or would like an informal chat about the role, please contact Saema Mohammad at saema.mohammad@adoptionengland.co.uk.
Please note: We reserve the right to close this vacancy early should we receive a high volume of applications. We therefore encourage interested candidates to apply as soon as possible.
Interviews are likely to be place early November 2026.
A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check against the Children's or Adults' Barred List, as applicable, will be carried out on preferred candidates. Read our recruitment of ex-offenders policy.
We welcome applications from everyone and actively seek a diverse range of applicants from all backgrounds and cultures. We particularly encourage applications from, but are not limited to, women, carers, veterans, LGBT+ people, ethnically diverse people, disabled people and care-experienced people.
This role is based in the UK. Home Office guidance states that candidates must evidence their right to work in the UK prior to commencing employment, either as a UK or Irish citizen, under the EU Settlement Scheme or having secured any other relevant work visa.
If you do not have the right to work in the UK, you must consider your own eligibility for sponsorship for a particular role through the Skilled Worker visa route before applying. To be eligible for sponsorship, you will usually need to be paid the standard salary rate of at least £41,700 per year or meet one of the other eligibility criteria. Please ensure you are eligible before applying.
