Domestic abuse is always unacceptable. We support people affected by it regardless of age, gender, race or sexual orientation, and we act to prevent it.
The South Leeds Family Hub team is looking for a confident, experienced new Domestic Abuse and Violence Coordinator to join their welcoming, multi-disciplinary team. The Family Hubs are at the heart of the City's strategic plan to transform the Early Help for families scheme (more information here).
As our new Domestic Abuse and Violence Coordinator for the South of Leeds Hub, you will help the team provide guidance and help to families in South Leeds. You will provide specialist support and consultancy on case work, build expertise within the system, and act as a link into existing provisions.
The new Coordinator will be working in a team that already has a good working knowledge of domestic abuse. So, your role would be to work independently, bringing a more in-depth, specialist level of support based in sector experience and knowledge.
