The role
We are looking for a Supermarket Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and lead the team on the shop floor. You will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining stock levels and store presentation, handling customer queries and escalations, and supporting management with rotas, stock control and day-to-day store operations.
