What we're looking for
- Proven experience in AI image generation and AI video production.
- Strong creative portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual content.
- Knowledge of leading AI creative platforms such as OpenArt, Midjourney, Kling, Seedance, Runway, Google Veo, Nano Banana and similar tools.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent professional editing software.
- Strong understanding of photography, lighting, composition, cinematography and visual storytelling.
- Ability to develop detailed prompts and maintain visual consistency across AI-generated content.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple creative projects.
- A genuine interest in emerging creative technologies and their application in commercial advertising.
Nice to have
- Experience in advertising, creative agencies, photography, filmmaking or motion design would be an advantage.

The Bulb Creative Agency is looking for an AI Lead to join our growing creative team.
What you'll do
- We are seeking a creative professional with strong experience in AI-generated photography, video production and digital content creation.
- The successful candidate will lead the development of AI-powered creative content, producing high-quality advertising visuals, cinematic videos, animations and marketing campaigns for businesses across the El Martillo Group and our external clients.
- This is a hands-on creative position focused on visual storytelling, content production and emerging AI technologies.

- Create photorealistic AI-generated imagery for advertising, product campaigns and social media.
- Produce cinematic AI-generated videos, animations and promotional content.
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards and visual treatments for marketing campaigns.
- Combine AI-generated content with traditional photography, video editing and motion graphics.
- Ensure consistency in branding, characters, products and visual quality across productions.
- Work closely with designers, videographers and marketing professionals to deliver creative projects.
- Research, test and introduce the latest AI image and video generation tools.
- Guide the creative team in adopting new AI production techniques.
- Manage projects from initial concept through to final delivery.
