Butcher

We are looking for an experienced Butcher to join our team, preparing, cutting and presenting meat products for our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organised butchery counter, ensuring correct stock rotation and labelling, advising customers on products and cuts, and following all food hygiene and safety regulations at all times.

• Previous experience as a butcher or in a similar meat preparation role
• Up-to-date food hygiene certification
• Skilled in the use of butchery tools and equipment
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Team player with a flexible attitude
