As Talent Acquisition Officer (Maternity Cover), you'll love what you do and take pride in taking care of our guests/employees: You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of hotel departments, partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and attract the best talent. You will proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals and creative recruitment initiatives to build strong talent pipelines. You will create engaging job advertisements and represent The Dorchester as an employer of choice, bringing our culture, values and career opportunities to life. You will coordinate interviews, conduct candidate screening and support hiring managers throughout the selection process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for every candidate. You will manage offers and pre-employment checks, working closely with our People & Culture team to ensure a smooth onboarding journey for successful candidates. You will maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting, monitor vacancies and recruitment activity, and identify opportunities to improve our processes. You will build strong relationships with colleagues across the hotel, providing recruitment advice and supporting workforce planning to meet our business needs.
