As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping our talent pipeline and supporting the recruitment of exceptional colleagues across London. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager - London, you will help deliver an outstanding candidate experience while ensuring that Hyatt continues to attract and retain the best talent in hospitality. This is a fixed term role offered as a maternity cover.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping our talent pipeline and supporting the recruitment of exceptional colleagues across London. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager - London, you will help deliver an outstanding candidate experience while ensuring that Hyatt continues to attract and retain the best talent in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

· Post and manage job adverts on internal and external hiring platforms, ensuring brand consistency and visibility.

· Assist in reviewing applications and conducting pre-screening and interviews through phone, video, or in-person formats, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.

· Maintain and update a library of template job advertisements and create adaptable job specifications for local hotel use.

· Compile and present recruitment data and statistics.

· Research and share market data on compensation and reward packages.

· Distribute Talent Acquisition-related communications, including the weekly vacancy list.

· Oversee and support the maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and usability.

· Compile and maintain a recruitment photo library for social media posts to showcase Hyatt's employer brand.

· Support and attend Career and Recruitment Fairs as required.

Salary: £15,000 plus service charge
