You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests: Websites Administration: Carry out content updates, uploads, and routine admin tasks across Dorchester Collection's portfolio of websites and secondary platforms (e.g. Shopify storefronts, partner microsites, membership sites), including supporting the Digital team on optimizing the user journey across our digital touchpoints. CMS Publishing & Approvals: Process website content updates and publishing requests following established templates, brand guidelines, and approval workflows. Ensure updates are delivered to agreed timelines. QA & Bug Reporting: Log, track, and test bugs with the development agency. Conduct pre- and post-publish checks to support site stability and functionality. Agency Ticket Coordination: Raise, chase, and track deliverables with external agency partners (development, SEO, gifting). Asset Management: Maintain image libraries, alt text, metadata, and file naming conventions across the CMS. Hotel Request Administration: Receive, log, and action content or update requests from hotel marketing teams via ClickUp, ensuring scope and timelines are clear before progressing. Gifts & Experiences Platform Support: Action updates, uploads, and QA on the Gifts & Experiences platform. Reporting: Pull weekly data from Microsoft Clarity, Google Search Console, and GA4 using agreed templates and support the team to create an action plan. SEO Implementation Support: Implement technical & content SEO changes, in collaboration with the Global Digital Experience Manager, agency and hotels.
