What does this team do?

In M&A Analytics, we empower clients and businesses who are buying and selling companies to make informed decisions. We do this through the use of precise, data-driven insights, backed by analytics.

Our team specialises in analysing complex datasets, identifying and explaining key business trends that will support companies during a merger or acquisition, before, during and after transactions.

What sets us apart is our innovative use of advanced analytics tools and methodologies, combined with a deep understanding of the M&A landscape. Our role offers a unique blend of challenges, positioning you at the forefront of data analytics in the M&A sector. Join us to put your analytical skills to use, drive impactful results, and contribute to important decisions for our clients.

At Deloitte we recognise how important face-to-face interaction is for your development in a new role. We also understand that our people need flexibility, which is why we operate a hybrid system, with a combination of office and home working. Please note your final assessment and induction will also be in-person, to give you the opportunity to network and build relationships.

All our workspaces are accessible, however, if you require further flexibility due to a health condition or caring responsibilities, please discuss this with our team. You can find further information on our parent and carer policies here.

How will I develop?

As a Graduate within M&A Analytics, you will complete the ACA qualification via an accelerated pathway.

This role is part of our three-year M&A rotation graduate scheme. This structured approach allows you to build a comprehensive understanding of the M&A business as a whole, develop key skills, and network across the team. You'll return to your home offering area at the end of the programme.

In this role, you will continuously develop a deep your understanding of data analytics tools and methodologies, enhancing your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. You will work alongside our team of experts on real-world projects that drive business decisions, gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies and developing a rounded skill set, combining technical expertise with financial and business acumen equipping you for a successful career.
