Lloyd Motor Group have a great opportunity for an Aftersales Manager to join their management team and lead the service and parts department at their prestigious and industry leading Lloyd Land Rover retailer in Kelso.

Salary: Competitive

About the role:

As the Aftersales Manager you will be required to drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction levels in excess of the manufacturers' national average whilst motivating and managing the team.

You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills. You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling costs in line with the business plan whilst maintaining quality standards. As well as ensuring accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with the standards.

• To ensure the service department provides the best possible service to the customers and achieves agreed profits and retention levels.
• To organise, direct and control the activities of service department staff to achieve plans and budgets, ensuring optimum use of all material, financial and personnel resources.
• To contribute to the development of all operating and administrative policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of all tasks smoothly and in a timely manner.
