Requirements
What we're looking for
- Good leadership skills in managing a team of Parts Advisors and Parts Delivery Driver.
- Excellent Customer Relations.
- Proficiency in analyzing reports and managing costs.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and be well presented.
- Must be IT literate, and a working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the motor industry is essential.

The role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Parts Manager to join Lloyd Jaguar Land Rover based in York.
Salary: Basic Salary £40,000
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00
Role responsibilities:
What you'll do
- Managing the Parts Advisors / Parts Delivery Drivers to ensure first class customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Creating annual sales & profit plans & forcasts along with operational budgets.
- Finance and Cost control; To work closely with your Retailer Accountant, to understand, monitor, control and manage costs where possible.
- Stock Management - ensuring that there is adequate stock available on site at all times and that processes are followed in correctly identifying and warehousing of stock items.
- Ensuring best practice housekeeping and health and safety standards are kept for both stores and retail section of the Parts Department.
