Previous experience in a quality restaurant, fine dining or luxury hospitality environment
A passion for food, wine and exceptional guest service
Professional, friendly and confident communication skills
A positive, team-focused approach and thrive in a fast-paced environment, including supporting other operational Food & Beverage departments as required
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards

Creating memorable guest experiences in The Latymer at Pennyhill Park

Pennyhill Park in Bagshot, Surrey, part of the Exclusive Collection, is a luxury hotel known for its elegance and attention to detail. Home to a Michelin-starred restaurant and world-class service, it is a place where excellence and genuine hospitality define every experience.

You will join our Latymer restaurant team as a Chef de Rang / Waiter, playing a key role in delivering exceptional fine dining experiences within our Michelin-starred restaurant. You'll work alongside passionate professionals who take pride in their craft, where your contribution will be valued and your development supported.

What you'll do

As a Chef de Rang / Waiter you will:

Deliver exceptional food and beverage service in Latymer in line with Michelin-star standards
Ensure guests receive attentive, knowledgeable and personalised service throughout their dining experience
Present menus, explain dishes and confidently discuss wine and beverage options
Maintain detailed knowledge of menus, ingredients and service standards
Work closely with colleagues, the kitchen brigade and management team to ensure seamless service
Prepare and maintain the restaurant to the highest standards before, during and after service

How you'll work

Contract: Full Time Full-Time Permanent

Working hours: 40

Salary

£13.25 per hour (equivalent to £27,560 annual salary) plus service charge and fantastic benefits!
