The role

You will join as a Food and Beverage Assistant, delivering warm, attentive hospitality and supporting seamless service across our Food & Beverage areas. Here, your contribution will help create memorable moments for every guest while developing your skills in a supportive and collaborative team.

What you'll do

As our Food & Beverage Supervisor you will:

Provide warm, attentive service across restaurant, bar and lounge areas.
Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen.
Serve dishes and beverages to the required standards of timing and presentation.
Set up, clear and reset tables efficiently to support smooth service.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all service areas.
Offer confident menu knowledge and assist guests with queries or recommendations.
Process payments accurately and follow company procedures.
Support Food & Beverage operations across breakfast, lunch, dinner, events and bar service.
Follow food safety, allergen and health & safety procedures at all times.
