The role

The Manor House, a part of the Exclusive Collection, is nestled in the storybook village of Castle Combe and combines timeless elegance with a Michelin-starred restaurant and a championship golf course. The Castle Inn, part of The Manor House estate, is a historic Cotswolds inn where relaxed dining meets warm, welcoming service. Together, they offer a heritage-rich setting where every detail is designed to create memorable experiences for guests.

You will join as a Food & Beverage Assistant that values leadership, creativity, collaboration, and pride in everything they do, delivering warm and professional service across our food and beverage operations. Here, your ideas will be welcomed and your growth supported.

What you'll do

Our Food & Beverage Assistant will:

Provide warm, attentive service across restaurant, bar and lounge areas
Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen
Serve dishes and beverages to the required standards of timing and presentation
Set up, clear and reset tables efficiently to support smooth service
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all service areas
Offer confident menu knowledge and assist guests with queries or recommendations
Process payments accurately and follow company procedures
Support Food & Beverage operations across breakfast, lunch, dinner, events and bar service
Follow food safety, allergen and health & safety procedures at all times
