The role

You will join as a Night Porter that values responsibility, reliability, and pride in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment during overnight hours. What you'll do

As a Night Porter you will:

Oversee the property during night-time hours, ensuring guest safety and comfort
Carry out security checks and patrols across the hotel
Support late check-ins and early check-outs as required
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and enquiries
Set up public areas for the following day, including meeting rooms if required
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of front-of-house areas overnight
Complete night reports and handovers accurately

How you'll work

Contract: Full Time Fixed Term

Working hours: 44 hours per week, working 5 nights out of 7

Person Specification

A calm, dependable, and able to work independently
A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
Good communication and customer service skills
Be flexible to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
