The role

As a Bartender, you'll play an important role in creating memorable experiences for our guests, delivering warm, attentive hospitality and supporting seamless service across our Food & Beverage outlets. What you'll do

Our Bartender will:

Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard, including cocktails, spirits, wines and coffees.
Create a warm, engaging atmosphere and provide confident recommendations to guests.
Keep the bar stocked, organised and clean throughout service.
Handle orders, tabs and payments accurately.
Follow responsible alcohol service and basic licensing guidelines.
Support stock rotation and ensure ingredients and garnishes are well maintained.
Work closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to deliver smooth, efficient service.

Person Specification

Our Bartender will be:

Confident, friendly and guest-focused with strong communication skills.
Interested in cocktails, wines, spirits and bar service.
Calm and organised during busy periods.
Professional, reliable and team minded.
Well-presented and understand basic hygiene standards.
Willing to learn new skills and develop bar knowledge.
