As Sales Coordinator, you'll love what you do and take pride in taking care of our guests/employees: You'll Support all members of the Proactive Sales team with administrative responsibilities You'll have the ability to handle basic client requests in absence of Proactive team member You'll support with sales trip planning Assist with all elements of familiarisation trip/client entertainment planning and communication Complete all complimentary/special rate stay requests and follow through with all internal arrangements required Conduct general site inspections as and when required The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of our Sales Coordinator, but we will make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.
