The role

For more than 30 years, Zenith has been helping organisations move smarter and more sustainably. We're recognised for our award-winning service, our investment in people and our commitment to making mobility smarter, greener and better for everyone.

As our business continues to evolve, we're looking for a People Change & Engagement Lead to help create experiences that bring colleagues together, strengthen belonging and shape the future of our culture.

What's the Role

This is an opportunity to shape the future of colleague experience at Zenith. You'll lead exciting people initiatives that influence culture, engagement, inclusion, wellbeing and community across the business. From launching and embedding digital solutions for colleague communities, to creating mentoring programmes, EDI networks and CSR initiatives, you'll identify opportunities and turn concepts into initiatives that colleagues genuinely want to be part of.

This is a role for someone who loves creating, influencing and bringing people on a journey. You'll have the freedom to spot opportunities, build momentum and make a visible impact across the business.

You'll:

  • Create and deliver colleague experience initiatives that strengthen engagement, belonging and culture across Zenith.
  • Lead the launch, adoption and ongoing evolution of digital solutions, establishing it as a vibrant digital community where colleagues can connect, belong and grow.
  • Build and grow colleague communities, mentoring programmes, networks and forums that encourage collaboration, development and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop and deliver EDI and belonging initiatives that foster an inclusive culture where every colleague feels valued and supported.
  • Enable colleague-led CSR and social impact initiatives, creating opportunities for colleagues to contribute to causes and communities they care about.
  • Design colleague engagement campaigns that drive participation, advocacy and behavioural change.
  • Partner with leaders and stakeholders across the business to build support, momentum and engagement around key people initiatives.
  • Create governance frameworks, community standards and guidance that enable participation while effectively managing risk.
  • Use colleague insight, engagement data and feedback to continuously improve programmes and measure success.
  • Act as a trusted partner and subject matter expert on colleague engagement, culture, inclusion and community building.

What Can You Bring

We're looking for someone who understands how People functions operate but who also brings the creativity, energy and influence needed to create something new.

Essential:

  • Experience working within a People function, leading people-focused initiatives, projects or programmes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and gain commitment
  • Experience taking ideas from concept through to implementation, driving adoption and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • The creativity to generate fresh ideas and transform them into successful initiatives.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Strong organisation and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • A passion for creating positive colleague experiences.

Desirable:

  • Experience with Viva Engage, Yammer, SharePoint or similar community platforms
  • Governance frameworks and community management.
Why Join us:
  • Our customers trust us - partnering with some of the UK's largest and most recognisable brands.
  • Our people stay with us - we've built a collaborative, supportive culture where people are empowered to make an impact.
  • We're ambitious - backed by recent recapitalisation, major investment, a clear strategy for long-term growth and a thriving fleet of almost 170,000 vehicles.
  • We're award-winning - including Leasing Company of the Year (Fleet News 2026), Large Business of the Year and Diversity & Inclusion Award winners at the Yorkshire Post Excellence in Business Awards, and Wellbeing Award winners at Fleet News 2025.
  • We're leading the transition to sustainable mobility - with over 41% of our fleet now Battery Electric Vehicles and a long-standing commitment to sustainability.
  • We're invested in your future - offering clear development opportunities, structured career pathways and the chance to build a long-term career with a market leader.

What's In It for You
  • Salary £50,000 - £55,000
