We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Account Executive to join our Account Management team in Leeds.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys developing client relationships, analysing data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You'll work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to support fleet performance, maximise efficiencies, and ensure service excellence across a portfolio of accounts.

As an Account Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting and developing customer accounts while delivering high-quality service and commercial value.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Producing management information and reports to support business and customer requirements.
• Conducting customer reviews, leading meetings, and preparing professional review packs.
• Analysing data to identify trends, opportunities, and fleet efficiencies.
• Supporting the achievement of department budgets, KPIs, SLAs, and performance targets.
• Ensuring systems, records, and documentation are maintained accurately and kept up to date.
• Managing customer queries and resolving issues to deliver positive outcomes.
• Identifying opportunities to maximise value for customers and support business growth.
• Acting as a role model for customer service excellence and Zenith's values, while supporting and mentoring colleagues where appropriate.
