Sales Support Manager

You'll work closely with the General Manager, who will personally mentor and support your development. Through regular shadowing and one-to-one training, you'll gain a broad understanding of dealership operations, helping you build the skills and knowledge needed to progress your career within the business. From day one, you'll receive support every step of the way as you build your experience, develop your commercial awareness and establish a successful career within automotive retail.

As our Sales Support Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting the sales function while developing your commercial and operational expertise. Your responsibilities will include:

• Bringing vehicles into stock
• Liaising with on-site accountants
• Managing vehicle pricing updates and stock pricing changes
• Completing deal file administration and compliance checks
• Supporting and submitting finance proposals
• Liaising with customers to secure signatures and documentation
• Following up finance acceptances and coordinating deliveries
• Managing the dealership delivery dashboard
• Providing ad-hoc support to the Sales Manager and Business Manager

This role is less about previous automotive experience and more about having the right attitude. We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, eager to learn and excited by the opportunity to develop within a fast-paced dealership environment.
