Location: West London
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Package

We're working with a leading M&E contractor to appoint an HSE Advisor to support the delivery of a major Data Center project in West London.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work across the Data Centre and mission-critical sector.

The Key Responsibilities of the HSE Advisor:

• Support the delivery of HSE across a major Data Centre project.
• Carry out regular site inspections, audits and safety observations.
• Work closely with project teams, supervisors and subcontractors to maintain high HSE standards.
• Review RAMS, risk assessments and method statements for high-risk M&E activities.
• Support the investigation of incidents, near misses and corrective actions.
• Deliver toolbox talks, inductions and safety briefings.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
• Provide practical HSE advice and guidance to the project team.
• Promote a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement across the project.

The HSE Advisor will have:

• Previous HSE experience within the construction industry.
• Experience within Data Centres, M&E, mission-critical or complex major projects would be highly advantageous.
• A good understanding of mechanical and electrical construction activities and associated risks.
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to build effective relationships with project teams and subcontractors
