GLOW Visitor Services Assistant (Casual)

RHS Garden Harlow Carr is one of Yorkshire's most inspiring gardens and a leading visitor attraction in the region. We are looking to recruit a Visitor Services Assistant to join a highly motivated team for a period leading up to and including our seasonal GLOW event where excellent customer service is key.

You will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and promoting the benefits of RHS membership on a face-to-face basis.

Horticultural knowledge is not essential for this role but an ability to work well as a Visitor Services Assistant within a team is vital.

Visitor Services Assistant role includes:

• Membership promotion and sales
• Till/Computer work
• Excellent customer service
