A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer to join its established and growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancing professional looking to take ownership of a varied caseload within a supportive, personable, and client-focused environment.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for managing a broad range of residential conveyancing transactions, including:

Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Remortgages
Transfers of equity
New build purchases
Shared ownership transactions
Buy-to-let matters
Residential property portfolio work

The Successful Applicant

Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive.
Proven experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
Strong technical knowledge across the conveyancing process.
4 Years PQE
Excellent client care and communication skills.
Commercially minded with a proactive approach to developing relationships.
Organised and able to manage a busy workload effectively.
