As a Compensation And Bonus Finance MI Associate Director in London, you will lead finance management information for compensation and bonus activity within sales activity (high profile). You will provide clear reporting and insight that helps Accounting & Finance teams plan and monitor pay-related costs, engage directly, and evolve AI architecture to handle basics.

What you'll do

Compensation and Bonus Finance MI Associate Director

Business Intelligence - Financial Services

Can be fully remote anywhere in the UK or City of London based with 2 days a week in office / month

Prepare management information on compensation and bonus costs to support clear financial oversight.
Analyse pay-related data and explain key movements, trends and variances.
Produce regular reporting packs that give stakeholders timely, accurate information - often engaging directly with Sales teams.
Work with Accounting & Finance colleagues to align compensation data with financial reporting needs - and lead AI Architecture changes to evolve basics and manual tasks.
Maintain reliable data records and checks to improve the quality of management information.
Support planning activity by providing compensation and bonus cost analysis.
Present financial findings in a clear format for informed decision-making.

Can be fully remote anywhere in the UK or City of London based with 2 days a week in office / monthA successful 'Compensation And Bonus Finance MI Associate Director' should have:

Experience producing financial management information and reporting specifically on Compensation, Sales, Bonuses
Ideally be a Qualified Accountant (any) or MBA. Not essential but nice to have.
Strong ability to analyse compensation and bonus data.
Confidence explaining financial trends and variances clearly - proven ability to play with systems / architecture / and AI.
Experience preparing accurate reporting packs for business stakeholders.
Good understanding of finance data checks and data quality.
Ability to support planning through clear cost analysis.
