Data Manager required on a Permanent basis for a medium sized Social Housing provider, operating across East of England.

The role will primarily focus on strategy, governance and data quality. The role will sit as part of the leadership team, being the face of data across the organisation. The role will line manage two data analysts and work alongside a data visualisation team.

The organisation has a well invested data improvement programme in flight, and the successful candidate will get to shape the next interaction, as the current strategy matures in Mar 2027.

This role is a non-technical position. The role doesn't require someone from a technical data background who is building dashboard and interrogating data, for example. This is a strategic position.
