Help Shape the Future of Procurement

We're looking for an inspiring leader to join our Procurement Leadership Team and play a key role in shaping the future of procurement across our organisation. This is an opportunity to bring together people, technology and data to create meaningful business impact, while helping build a more connected, insight-led and innovative procurement function.

As Head of Procurement Systems, Benefits & Data, you'll lead a talented team responsible for procurement technology, analytics, reporting and benefits realisation. You'll have the opportunity to influence strategy, champion new ways of working and ensure procurement is equipped with the tools, insights and capabilities needed to support the wider business.

This role offers both strategic influence and the opportunity to make a visible difference, helping teams work smarter, make informed decisions and realise greater value through collaboration and innovation.

You'll provide leadership across our procurement systems, data and reporting capabilities, helping to create an environment where insight drives action and technology enables success.

Working closely with colleagues across Procurement, Finance, Technology and Operational teams, you'll develop strong partnerships, shape future priorities and ensure our systems and reporting capabilities continue to evolve alongside business needs.

You'll also play an important role in developing capability within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, curiosity, learning and shared achievement.

You will

  • Shape and deliver the roadmap for procurement systems, data and analytics.
  • Support the continued development and optimisation of procurement platforms including Coupa, Enable and Provalido.
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve visibility of procurement performance, savings and business value.
  • Create meaningful reporting and analytics that help colleagues make confident, informed decisions.
  • Champion data quality, governance and reporting excellence.
  • Explore opportunities to utilise automation, digital solutions and AI-enabled insights.
  • Lead, coach and support a team of specialists, creating opportunities for development and growth.
  • Build trusted relationships across the organisation and encourage collaboration between teams.

About You

We're looking for a leader who enjoys bringing people together, solving complex challenges and creating positive change.

You may come from a procurement technology, analytics, reporting or business intelligence background and will be comfortable working across multiple stakeholder groups.

Why Join Us?

This is an exciting time to join a procurement function that is investing in technology, data and capability development.

You'll have the opportunity to influence strategy, lead a highly visible area of the business and work alongside colleagues who are committed to innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.

In return, you'll find an environment where new ideas are welcomed, development is encouraged and people are empowered to make a meaningful contribution.

Interested?

If you're excited by the opportunity to combine technology, data, leadership and transformation in a role where you can genuinely shape the future, we'd love to hear from you.

Bring your experience, your curiosity and your ideas, and help us build the next chapter of our procurement journey.
