General Operative

We are looking for General Operatives to support day-to-day operations across our events and hospitality venues. Duties will vary depending on business needs and may include setting up and breaking down event spaces, assisting with stock and deliveries, general maintenance tasks and supporting other departments as required. You will be expected to work flexibly across different sites and tasks.

• Previous experience in a similar operational role (desirable)
• Flexible and willing to take on varied tasks
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet
• Good communication skills
• Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and events (desirable)
