Deputy Operational Manager

We are looking for a Deputy Operational Manager to support the day-to-day running of the business, assisting the Operations Manager with supervising staff, maintaining service and quality standards, and helping to coordinate rotas, stock and general operations. You will act as a key point of contact on the floor and help resolve issues quickly and effectively.

• Previous supervisory or management experience
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
