The purpose of Night Manager is to live their behaviours to continue to create our legacy. You will be responsible for managing room allocations, the day to day supervision of the Front Desk, guest liaison and in supporting the Front Office Manager in maintaining administrative systems and procedures. All to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience. Sometimes our guests have special requests such as room preferences and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Night Manager. Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You must be able to communicate with other departments and extended hotel team in order to ensure the alignment remains. The Night Manager will act as an ambassador of the hotel with guests, suppliers and colleagues The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of an Night Manager, but we'll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel
