Drive Product Decisions That Power a National Automotive Operation

At Cox Automotive, we're transforming the way vehicles are managed, refurbished and moved through the automotive ecosystem. We're looking for a Product Owner to join our Manheim Vehicle Services (MVS) team and help shape the systems that support our operational sites and customers across the UK.

This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and operations, owning a business-critical platform while helping deliver meaningful improvements for colleagues, customers and the wider business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own and prioritise the product backlog for key MVS platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Commercial and Customer teams to identify opportunities and solve business challenges.
• Balance day-to-day operational needs with long-term product improvements.
• Support customer onboarding, integrations and system enhancements.
• Work closely with development teams to define requirements and deliver valuable solutions.
• Use data, feedback and business insight to inform priorities and measure success.
• Drive continuous improvement while supporting critical business operations.

What We're Looking For

We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, Operations or Process Improvement.

You'll be successful in this role if you have:

• Experience managing priorities across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A structured approach to problem solving and decision making.
• Experience working with technical teams in an Agile environment.
• The ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements.
• A passion for delivering value and improving customer experiences.

Automotive experience is helpful but not essential.
