The Service Delivery team is a core part of the Auction business, made up of Payments and Vendor support, both functions are responsible for delivering excellent customer service at all times to both buyers and vendors, and ensuring all processes are completed to a high level within the required timeframe/SLA. Ensuring sales are delivered successfully and customer service levels are of high quality. 

To provide administration support to the Vendor Support team and work with Vendor Support Coordinators to ensure all vendor administration is completed for each sale whilst maintaining customer service excellence at all times.

Manheim Auction Services offers a seamless blend of physical and digital auctions, connecting buyers and vendors with an extensive range of vehicles. Whether in person or online, we’re redefining the vehicle auction experience — one transaction at a time.

• Respond to customer enquiries efficiently and professionally, both face-to-face, by telephone and via email, escalating issues where necessary.
• Accurately input vehicle documentation data within agreed timescales.
• Maintain efficient and accurate filing systems for all vehicle documentation.
• Complete monthly stock reconciliations of vehicle documents.
• Process daily post, ensuring documents are sent to the correct customers promptly.
• Provide administrative support to Auctioneers and Account Support Representatives.
• Support the simulcast function during sale days.
• Liaise with other Manheim branches as required to ensure a high level of service is provided to Vendors.
• Ensure all vehicle document packs are prepared and ready for each sale in line with Vendor and Branch requirements.

• Excellent customer service skills with a professional and approachable manner.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• A keen eye for detail with excellent accuracy and data entry skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Able to use your own initiative and adapt quickly and effectively to changing priorities.
• A collaborative team player who can work effectively with colleagues across the business.
