Aviva's Chief AI Office sits at the centre of an enterprise-wide transformation spanning markets, functions and customer journeys. It connects strategy with delivery, adoption and governance, helping the business apply AI faster, more safely and with clearer evidence of value. You'll join while the function is taking shape, helping establish how Aviva moves from individual AI opportunities to responsible, measurable change at scale.
The Agentic Control Tower Product Owner will bring AI delivery, risk and performance information into one trusted enterprise view. You'll take founding ownership of this AI platform product, setting its vision, roadmap and value outcomes so senior leaders, AI product owners and Risk and Audit teams can make better-informed decisions.
Stepping into a pivotal enterprise product leadership role, you'll own the platform strategy and drive high-level stakeholder engagement across Aviva's C-suite, Risk, Audit and AI product teams. Operating within the COO domain and reporting to the Chief AI Officer (CAIO), you'll maximize the enterprise value of our cutting-edge Agentic Control Tower, a transformative platform providing real-time portfolio visibility. By harnessing autonomous AI agents to synthesize enterprise-wide data, you'll empower leaders with actionable insights, championing scalable platform adoption, operational efficiencies and transparent, high-impact AI delivery that shapes the future of how Aviva works.
You'll bring experience in many of these areas:
AI is already making a difference across Aviva through areas such as claims summarisation, medical underwriting, customer service and fraud detection. The Chief AI Office is creating a reliable enterprise view of the investment, delivery, benefits, dependencies and risk behind that activity.
Across a business serving more than 25 million customers globally, your analysis will help leaders prioritise attention, test confidence in benefits and intervene where delivery, dependencies or evidence are off track.
