The role

Relaunch@Capgemini

Have you taken a career break of 18 months or more? Whether it was for family, health, travel, or something else entirely - we understand that returning to work can feel daunting. That's why we created Relaunch@Capgemini, a supportive 6-month programme designed to help you build confidence, refresh your skills, and ease your transition back into the workplace.

We're not looking for perfection - we're looking for potential. You don't need to meet every requirement listed - if you have relevant experience and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply.

About the job you're considering

We are looking for an organised and analytical PMO Analyst to support the effective delivery of complex programmes through strong governance, planning, financial management, risk control and reporting.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to delivery, working with data and helping stakeholders make informed decisions.

Your role

  • Support financial budgets, forecasts, actuals, variance reporting and month-end activity.
  • Support programme governance and maintain accurate, audit-ready records and reporting.
  • Create and maintain plans, milestones, dependencies and delivery schedules.
  • Manage RAID or RAIDO information, actions and escalations.
  • Produce clear reporting packs and decision-ready commentary.
  • Work with a variety of stakeholders including Project Managers, Finance and delivery teams to validate information and resolve issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality and efficiency.
  • Use Microsoft 365, automation and AI tools responsibly to support effective delivery.

Your skills and experience

  • Experience supporting projects, programmes, operations, finance, governance or another structured delivery environment.
  • Strong organisation, analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • An understanding of planning, financial tracking, reporting, governance or risk management.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence working with data and identifying inconsistencies or emerging concerns.
  • The ability to develop positive working relationships and contribute effectively within a team.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office or similar workplace tools.
  • A willingness to learn new systems, processes and terminology.

Experience across every area is not required. Relevant transferable skills and the ability to learn are equally important.

Ready to Relaunch?

Application closing date - 12th of November.
