The PMO Analyst is a core member of the Project Management Office, responsible for providing the planning, reporting, tracking, risk management, financial administration, and governance support that enables the PMO Lead and programme leadership to manage the IT Transition programme and subsequent IT Change programmes with confidence and control.
This is not a passive administrative role. The PMO Analyst is expected to interrogate data, identify inconsistencies, flag emerging risks, and provide insight - not just information. They are the first line of defence against inaccurate reporting, missed milestones, untracked risks, and governance gaps. They must be comfortable challenging workstream leads on status accuracy, chasing overdue actions, and escalating concerns to the PMO Lead when something doesn't add up. Operating across the IT Transition and into steady-state Change programmes, the PMO Analyst must adapt to the different rhythms of each phase - the high-intensity, milestone-driven cadence of transition delivery and the rolling, pipeline-driven cadence of continuous change.

Recruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company. These emails may request recipients to provide personal information or to make payments as part of their illegitimate recruiting process. DXC does not make offers of employment via social media networks and DXC never asks for any money or payments from applicants at any point in the recruitment process, nor ask a job seeker to purchase IT or other equipment on our behalf.
