What we're looking for
It is essential that you are educated to degree level or equivalent in social sciences, public health, international development, data science, or other relevant discipline. You must have demonstrable experience in or ability to support programme monitoring and evaluation, both in-person and remotely. Experience working in international development, global health or related international programmes is a must. It is essential that you have experience in using digital data collection tools, monitoring databases or online reporting systems, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly. Strong data management skills, including data validation, cleaning and quality assurance is a must.
The role
We are seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Coordinator (MEL) to join the Pandemic Sciences Institute (PSI). You will be an organised and collaborative professional with strong data management, communication and coordination skills and an interest in monitoring, evaluation and learning. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your MEL and programme management expertise while contributing to high-profile international programmes with a focus on equitable pandemic preparedness, research and capacity strengthening.
What you'll do
Reporting to the PSI Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Lead, you will support the implementation and tracking of MEL frameworks, workplans and tools.
