The role

We're looking for a Regional Learning and Organisational Development Coordinator to support Priory sites across the South. You'll play a key role in helping our sites meet training and compliance requirements by coordinating mandatory and specialist training, while supporting wider learning and development needs.
You'll work closely with colleagues across the region, with monthly team meetings held in Leicester and travel to Priory sites in our South region occasionally.

This role is offered on a fixed term basis for 18 months.
Key Responsibilities
You'll coordinate learning and development across Priory sites in the South, helping colleagues access the training and support they need while ensuring we meet our compliance requirements.
  • Supporting colleagues: Respond to learning and development queries by email and telephone, managing the Learning Inbox and ensuring colleagues receive timely, helpful responses.
  • Coordinating training: Organise mandatory and specialist training, working with site teams and preferred training providers to maximise attendance and make the most of available training.
  • Monitoring compliance: Use our Learning Management System (LMS) to track training completion, identify gaps and support sites to achieve Priory's 90% compliance target.
  • Providing site support: Build strong relationships with Site Learning Administrators, Site Leads and other stakeholders, offering guidance on Priory Academy systems, processes and learning requirements.
  • Reporting and administration: Produce accurate reports on training compliance and attendance, raise purchase orders, support invoice queries and maintain accurate records.
  • Improving how we work: Identify opportunities to improve processes, share best practice and support wider learning and development projects across Priory.
Skills & Expertise
You'll be organised, proactive and detail-focused, with the confidence to manage your workload independently and support colleagues in a busy, fast-paced environment.

You'll also bring

  • Experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR, learning and development or a training department.
  • Strong IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office, software platforms and systems to manage information and produce reports.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to respond to queries, present information clearly and build effective working relationships.
  • Good analytical skills, sound judgement and the confidence to challenge existing processes and suggest improvements.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
You'll be comfortable working independently as well as part of a wider team, bringing a positive attitude, diligence and a willingness to learn and improve.
