The role

You will have a proven track record of conducting organisation-wide or programme-level training needs analysis and translating complex requirements into practical, learner-centred solutions, including learning journeys, capability frameworks and development plans. You will be confident working with subject matter experts and senior stakeholders to develop engaging learning experiences that support strategic objectives and business change.

You will bring strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to manage multiple priorities, influence effectively and deliver high-quality learning solutions within a complex organisational environment.

What you'll do

As Learning & Development Partner (HRFRI), you will lead the design, coordination and delivery of the training and capability workstream for UCL's HR, Finance & Research and Innovation (HRFRI) Programme, ensuring that colleagues have access to the knowledge, skills and support required to transition successfully into new roles, processes and ways of working.

Working closely the Senior Instructional Designer (HRFRI) and with Organisational Development colleagues, programme teams, change managers, subject matter experts and key stakeholders across faculties and professional services, you will undertake training needs analysis, develop learning strategies and plans, coordinate learning delivery and evaluate learning effectiveness.

You will play a critical role in translating complex business processes, system functionality, and subject matter expertise into engaging, accessible and practical learning solutions for a range of audiences across UCL. You will ensure that learning and capability activities are delivered in a consistent, scalable, and sustainable way, by developing and delivering a coherent blend of digital learning, facilitated training, guidance, and performance support.
