About us

The UCL Faculty of Population Health Sciences (FPHS) brings together eight academic departments whose common aim is to explore and understand the underlying factors that cause ill-health and innovate to improve health worldwide.

We reorganised our Education Administration and Student Experience (EASE) team in 2022 and have formed hubs to support our different types of students: Postgraduate Taught (PGT); Postgraduate Research (PGR); Undergraduate/Online; UCL East.
Our EASE team is integrated across the Faculty and we work closely to complete annual administrative tasks together. We are continually looking for ways to increase efficiency, reduced duplication, and create a better experience for our staff.

We are looking for an excellent Education Administrator to join our highly successful and supportive team. Based in Bloomsbury, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our postgraduate online students within the Undergraduate and Online programmes team.

About the role

This role will provide specialist administration support to two of our established online programmes; Clinical Trials MSc and Master of Public Health MSc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective procedures are adopted and documented for dealing with all aspects of the programmes administration.

The position will support every part of the student lifecycle, including induction, attendance monitoring, assessments, student records, and teaching activities. They will play a crucial part in providing a high quality and timely service to students and staff.

This role is offered on a part-time (0.85 FTE) basis. This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 40% on site.

This is a maternity cover position offered on a fixed term basis.
