You'll:
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business objectives and customer outcomes.
- Work closely with Developer Services stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities and define future product requirements.
- Lead the design, testing and implementation of new functionality and product enhancements.
- Act as the product champion and subject matter expert, driving adoption and engagement across the business.
- Lead sprint planning activities and support Agile ways of working across delivery teams.
- Collaborate with technology teams, suppliers and business stakeholders to deliver value-focused change.
- Manage product incidents, risks and defects, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to service.
- Drive continuous improvement by reviewing product performance, user feedback and emerging business requirements.
- Shape future product roadmaps and influence strategic investment decisions.
- Ensure products have clearly defined objectives, measurable outcomes and well-governed backlogs.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and actionable product requirements.

- Build strong relationships across Developer Services, Technology, Customer and Operational teams.
- Champion innovation and identify opportunities to improve the services and experiences we provide to developers and customers.
