We are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Associate Project Manager (APM) to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in project support, coordination or a related environment who is ready to take on greater ownership. You will work alongside experienced Project Managers while also taking responsibility for your own projects, coordinating activities across multiple teams from study set-up through to completion.
Working in a fast-paced clinical supply environment, you will be at the centre of bringing together customers, internal teams, production schedules, documentation and key milestones to ensure studies are delivered successfully.
You will enjoy working in an environment where priorities can change quickly and where strong organisation, communication and attention to detail really matter.
You will bring:
Experience within clinical trials, clinical supplies, pharmaceutical manufacturing or another regulated environment would be beneficial, but we're equally interested in candidates who can demonstrate strong transferable project coordination and customer management skills.
Knowledge of project management principles, experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, or a recognised project management qualification would also be advantageous.
You will be someone who takes ownership, communicates openly and enjoys bringing people together to get things done.
You will be self-motivated, adaptable and resilient, able to prioritise effectively and remain calm when deadlines are tight or plans change at short notice. You build trusted relationships, influence across teams and approach challenges with a positive, collaborative and practical mindset.
This role offers the opportunity to build your project management career within a global organisation supporting the delivery of clinical studies.
You will gain exposure to the full project lifecycle, work with a broad range of internal specialists and customers, and develop experience across project planning, clinical supply operations, financial management, customer relationships and regulated processes.
If you are an experienced Project Coordinator, Project Support Associate or similar professional looking for greater ownership and the opportunity to develop into a well-rounded Project Manager, we'd love to hear from you.
