Customer Service Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Specialist Products team based at our site in Altham. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.

As a key point of contact for a portfolio of customers, you'll build and maintain strong working relationships, ensuring all enquiries, orders, and service requirements are handled with professionalism and efficiency.

**The Role:**

• Providing the link between, external sales team, customers, suppliers, and internal departments.

• Dealing with enquires and issues over the phone, face-to-face, email and MS teams.

• Establishing and maintaining a strong professional relationships with external sales teams and customers.

• Providing product information and support.

• Completing all relevant paperwork and administration, main accurate customer records.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Other ad hoc duties as required.

**The Person:**

• Previous Customer Service experience within a fast-paced office environment.

• Experience of order processing with high levels of accuracy and concentration.

• Excellent telephone manner, polite, friendly and informative.

• A professional approach needed to deal with complicated situations but to remain calm under pressure.

• Able to react quickly to all customer enquiries and offer solutions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Computer literate with strong IT skills using MS packages.
