Customer Contact Specialist in Hereford

Job Introduction

We are recruiting for a Customer Contact Specialist based at our Land Rover dealership in Hereford.

The hours of work are 40 hours per week between 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Excellent Basic Salary with a bonus OTE up to £30,000 plus benefits.

This is a varied and interesting role and will give the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and growing department.

Role and Responsibilities

• Dealing with Aftersales calls, booking clients vehicles into the Dealership for service or repairs
• Accurate data inputting of client details
• Increase customer retention while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Improve and drive lead conversions
• Contacting prospective clients and upselling products
• Initiating the solving of customers problems in a professional manner
• Adhering to brand standards

About you

• Customer focused with excellent communication & organisational skills
• Self-motivated & target driven
• Able to work on your own or as part of a team
• Ability to use your own initiative to provide impeccable customer service
• Smart and presentable with an outstanding telephone manner
• Competent using Microsoft Office
• Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
