The role
**Customer Service Advisor**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Internal Sales team based at our site in Darwen. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What you'll do
As a key point of contact for a portfolio of customers, you'll build and maintain strong working relationships, ensuring all enquiries, orders, and service requirements are handled with professionalism and efficiency.
- Providing the link between, external sales team, customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Dealing with enquires and issues over the phone, face-to-face, email and MS teams.
- Establishing and maintaining a strong professional relationships with external sales teams and customers.
- Providing product information and support.
- Completing all relevant paperwork and administration, main accurate customer records.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
