What you'll be doing

• Customer Support: Manage kitchen and bathroom warranty queries via phone and email, helping turn customer challenges into positive experiences.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside teammates, suppliers, and installers to investigate issues and find fair, practical solutions.
• Clear Communication: Keep customers updated with clear, empathetic, and reassuring messages throughout their case.

What we're looking for

Prior aftersales experience is a plus, but not essential. We provide full training and ongoing support to help you grow!

Location: Distribution Centre, Northampton (3 days/week on-site).
